Sous Chef | Kitchen
Iron Gate Kitchen is looking for talented Sous Chefs (all levels) to join our expanding team in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country.
Set within Iron Gate Estate, a working winery and vineyard, Iron Gate Kitchen is an Iberian-inspired restaurant offering a relaxed, rustic take on Spanish dining. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and quality products. The kitchen is decked out with live-fire grill, Mibrasa smoker &wood-fired oven.
This is a hands-on, full-time Sous Chef role in a premium-casual kitchen. You'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen during service, mentoring a young, passionate team, and aid delivering high-quality, produce-driven dishes.
