2023 Georgia Sparkling Rosé
This wine is coral-salmon in colour and possesses a bouquet of cranberry, white flowers and hints of raspberry musk stick. The palate is well balanced, with flavours of raspberry, cherry and a hint of sweetness followed by a sherbet acid finish.
The latest release of our popular sparkling rosé is a blend of Hunter Valley Cabernet (83%) and Shiraz (17%), picked early to retain freshness. The base wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation in tank (Charmat method) to transform the wine from still to sparkling.
The wine should be served well chilled, and can be enjoyed with fruit, cheese, seafood and Asian dishes or on its own as an aperitif.
