Ruby-red in colour, with plum, spice and oak aromas and a soft and slightly sweet palate with lingering fruit before finishing with balanced, drying tannins.

The blonde lady (apologies I cannot now recall her name) was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, we were all hanging onto every word as she taught us about wine making in an easy to follow and interesting way.
