MV Rojo Brillante (Sparkling Red)
This wine is our Third bottling at a sparkling red and, after the tremendous acceptance of our other sparkling wines (Blanc de Blanc and Georgia sparkling Rosé), we are confident this wine will hit the same mark.
Made from a blend of predominantly Cabernet, Shiraz and Touriga and aromas of cherries, plums, aniseed and integrated oak scents. The wine possesses a soft, medium-bodied palate with flavours of savoury cherry, plum and spice. perfect for producing this style. The wine has a fine mousse with lifted aromatics of cherry and blueberry. The palate has traditional, balanced sweetness with a berry compote character and just a hint of tannin and oak on the finish.
We suggest that this wine is served at about 10-12 deg C to enjoy the full range of aromas and flavours offered.
Enjoy it with canapes, pork or lamb dishes or match it with your favourite Asian dish.
