This is by far one of our favourite days during vintage as Chardonnay is a team staple. Moving the wine into barrels while it’s still fermenting allows for the wine to build complexity and texture, develop a well integrated oak characteristic and frees up some tank space!
With all the whites now safely in our winery, we are busy getting ready for the rosé fruit to arrive
