Our winemakers are moving Chardonnay Into Wine Barrels for 2023!

Watch our winemakers are moving our 2023 Chardonnay ferment into our brand new barrels!!!

This is by far one of our favourite days during vintage as Chardonnay is a team staple. Moving the wine into barrels while it’s still fermenting allows for the wine to build complexity and texture, develop a well integrated oak characteristic and frees up some tank space!

With all the whites now safely in our winery, we are busy getting ready for the rosé fruit to arrive
