The Roles We're Filling
Sous Chef (All Levels)
This is the one for you if you're ready to step up, mentor a young team, and get your hands dirty (in the best way). You'll work closely with our Head Chef, run service, and have real input on menu development. Open-fire experience? Even better. But honestly, if you're passionate, calm under pressure, and love cooking with great produce, we want to hear from you.

Got solid section skills? Love the heat of service? This one's for you. You'll manage your section, mentor junior chefs, and work with seasonal produce over open fire.

Front of House (Casual)
If you're the kind of person who lights up a room, loves hospitality, and takes pride in making people feel welcome, this is your gig. We're looking for weekend talent (Saturday & Sunday, plus the occasional Friday night) who are confident, friendly, and can handle a busy service without breaking a sweat.
What you'll do:
Greet guests, take orders, deliver exceptional service
Share your knowledge of our Iberian-inspired menu and wine offerings
Support weddings, events, and special functions
Work with a solid team in a stunning setting
