2021 Fénix
Made from grapes grown in the Hilltops and Hunter regions, this wine is a blend of 55 % Cabernet and 45% Shiraz.
The wine is ruby-red in colour with aromatics of cranberry, plum, beetroot, white pepper and vanillin oak notes. The palate is smooth and medium bodied, with flavours of cherry, plum, dark berry fruits and a mocha dry finish of balanced tannin and acid.
Great with a steak or roast meat-based meals but will also complement rich pasta dishes and your favourite cheese.
