2022 Cabernet Sauvignon PRIMERA
Made from fruit grown in the Mudgee, Orange and Hilltops regions, the wine is deep ruby-red in colour, and has aromatics of blackcurrant, cherry, cranberry, and hints of dark chocolate.
The palate is of medium weight, with jube-like dark berry and cherry flavours and a drying, soft tannin finish.
This wine would complement roast vegetables, beef ragout, lamb, veal and tomato pasta dishes or on its own with cheese.
