2022 Chardonnay PRIMERA
The wine is green straw in colour with peaches, stone fruit and vanilla cream aromas with hints of grilled nuts and yeast characters derived from barrel fermentation.
The mid weight palate exhibits flavours of peach, citrus and almond oak with a refreshing acid backbone that finishes clean and dry. This wine should not be chilled too cold, so that the flavours can shine through.
Great with seafood or poultry dishes but could also be enjoyed with smoked pork or pasta dishes.
