2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is a blend of Mudgee, Orange and Hilltops fruit parcels that were fermented separately and blended after oak maturation.
It has resulted in a wine with lifted aromas of redcurrant, cherry, mint, and mocha notes from barrel maturation. The palate is full bodied, with dark fruit flavours and a soft, drying tannin and oak finish.
The wine is a great accompaniment for red meat dishes such as lamb stews, roast vegetable dishes, or a good crumbly cheese.
