2022 Shiraz PRIMERA
Despite the less than benign conditions experienced in the Hunter Valley in 2022, this wine shows how Hunter Shiraz can shine in cooler vintages.
Deep red/ black in colour, the wine has aromas of cherry, plum, graphite, and notes of vanillin oak.The palate is of medium weight with dark berry fruits, anise, and a silky, soft oak/tannin/acid finish.
A red wine that won’t overpower but will complement pizza, pasta and rosemary lamb and roast vegetable combos or enjoyed by itself with your favourite cheese.
