2023 Rosé
Predominantly made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this attractive pink/salmon wine has been produced from 100% Hunter Valley grapes.
The bouquet has scents of redcurrant, watermelon, and raspberry while the palate has flavours of cherry, apple, and raspberry musk stick with a crunchy and refreshingly dry finish.
Our Rosé is a true all-rounder and will accompany most cuisines but terrific with shellfish, salmon, pasta, or pork dishes.
