The blonde lady (apologies I cannot now recall her name) was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, we were all hanging onto every word as she taught us about wine making in an easy to follow and interesting way. She guided us through the tasting with more interesting facts, and tips and tricks on how to do the tasting."
