2024 Semillon Primera
The 2024 vintage was quite early with harvesting beginning at the end of the first week of January. The fruit was in excellent condition, and was picked at 10.7 Baume.
The juice was clarified and cool fermented using a neutral yeast before being bottled early to retain the fresh characters.
Light straw green in colour, the wine has aromas of citrus bud and verbena with these characters also reflected in the palate. Flavours of lime and green mango with a long acid finish make this an appealing wine to accompany fresh seafood or chicken salads.
