2025 Primera Chardonnay
A warm and early vintage has produced a wine that is light straw in colour with green tints in the glass and has a bouquet of yellow peach and melon with integrated, French oak barrel-ferment nougat and vanillin toast characters. The textural palate shows stone fruit flavours, along with slatey yeast lees, integrated toasty oak characters and a balanced and refreshing acid finish. Terrific with creamy soup or mushroom pasta dishes, this wine would also complement salmon or chicken meals.
