2026 Rosé
The 2026 vintage is turning out to be a very good one, with some outstanding fruit harvested and the resulting wines showing some real quality.
This Rosé is a blend of Hunter Valley Merlot and Black Muscat and is a very pale pink in colour, with aromas of raspberry, musk, roses and Turkish delight. The palate is long and flavoursome with red berry fruit, watermelon and musk stick flavours and a perfectly dry finish that refreshes the palate. Great as an aperitif, this wine will complement shellfish, light chilli infused dishes or enjoyed by itself and your favourite cheese.
