2026 Sparkling Rosé Georgia
This is the latest release of a Cellar Door favourite and a wine for all occasions. Made predominantly from fruit from our own vineyard, this wine is a blend of
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo picked slightly earlier than we would for a table red wine and then processed as we would normally treat white fruit.
A light, blush pink in colour with a stream of fine bubbles and a persistent mousse, this wine has a bouquet of rose petal, musk stick, raspberry, and cherry.
The palate has a sherbet-like texture, with flavours of watermelon, redcurrant pastille, a hint of sweetness and a dry acid finish.
Served well- chilled, this sparkling wine can be enjoyed along with just about any type of fare, from shellfish to grilled salmon to spicy, chilli infused dishes or simply enjoyed by itself with your favourite cheese.
