Valentine’s Day Dinner Made Easy: Flatbread & 2023 Rosé

Valentine’s Day Flatbread w/ 2023 Rosé - Smokey & Sweet.

Set the scene for an intimate Valentine’s celebration with this Spanish-inspired flatbread, topped with rich manchego, smoky chorizo, and roasted red peppers. Paired with our 2023 Rosé, it’s the perfect combination of indulgence and ease—ideal for a cozy night in.

The Recipe: Spanish-Inspired Flatbread with Manchego & Chorizo

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ¼ cup manchego cheese, grated
  • ½ small Spanish chorizo, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • Handful of fresh basil or rocket
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of sea salt & cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking tray. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  3. Top with chorizo, manchego, red onion, and roasted red peppers.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh basil or rocket.
  6. Serve warm with a chilled glass of 2023 Rosé.
