2024 Rosé
A warm season for the Hunter and early ripening, means the fruit was slightly more advanced and the flavour more forthright. The resulting wine is coral pink in colour, with lovely blackcurrant jube, cherry and raspberry aromas. These dark berry characters carry over onto the palate, with cherry and redcurrant flavours delivering the wine to a dry, fruit and acid finish.
This Rosé pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from smoked salmon and tuna to vibrant vegetable flatbreads, savoury ham and pork, and even duck served with a rich cherry sauce.
